Compensation Plan


At Century 21 Professional Group, we foster a collaborative culture that offers our agents extensive training, marketing, promotional, and technological resources to generate direct leads from various engagement methods, including social media and prospecting.

Furthermore, every transaction generated by our agents contributes to their annual cap.  Along with these resources, we provide leads that are readily available, with a generous 70/30 starting split for agents or, for those on the 90% commission plan, at their current tier commission rate. Additionally, we provide support from a Listing Coordinator and a Marketing Coordinator, and onsite brokers are always available to assist.
